Founded in 1990, Open Networks is now a subsidiary of the privately owned ONE Investment Group. In 2002, ONE Investment Group also acquired Braefield Engineering, to provide precision engineering services to Open Networks for bespoke product development in addition to Braefield's existing extensive customer base.
